The Super Seal™ 300, 400 and 600 induction sealers are direct replacements for the Super Seal™ 50, 75 and 100, operating at line speeds of up to 30 metres a minute.

Built on proven design, these air-cooled and compact induction cap sealers come with an improved, easy-to-use user interface that simplifies set-up, operation, and troubleshooting. Plus, for the first-time, optional quality control sensors are mechanically and electronically integrated within the machine.

Like its predecessor, the range is easy to install and requires very little maintenance. The power unit remains separate from the induction sealing head to allow quick and easy coil changes, enabling multiple products to be sealed on one production line.

The new Super Seal™ machines are compatible with our existing range of flat and tunnel sealing coils. Each coil is designed to ensure the induction energy is directed to the optimum place to produce consistent, reliable hermetic seals – even for difficult to seal applications.

These machines also come with a fully adjustable stainless-steel stand for sealing different container heights and is suitable for food or clean environments. Its robust construction provides excellent stability for high quality seals, while optional locking wheels allow for easy manoeuvrability.

All these features ensure packagers can achieve the highest productivity levels with the lowest energy usage, helping to reduce their carbon footprint.
