Leading induction cap sealing specialists, Enercon Industries, has appointed James Smartt as its new European Sales Manager.
James will be based at Enercon’s European headquarters in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and will be responsible for leading sales operations across Europe, including distributor management and market development initiatives.
In his new role, James will help execute Enercon’s European sales strategy, supporting the company’s expanding customer base and strengthening partnerships throughout the region. His focus will include further developing Enercon’s presence in key sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and automotive manufacturing, while continuing to support existing customers.
James brings extensive experience in sales leadership, business development and strategic growth across European markets. His background spans senior roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Sales Director, supported by experience in the pharmaceutical sector and in capital equipment packaging lines.
