Line Speed Calculator for Induction Cap Sealing
If you don’t know your conveyor line speed or have a Tachometer to measure it, you can use the formula below to calculate your line speed. Simply enter in how many containers per minute you run and the pitch (spacing between) the centers of the containers. The resulting line speed is a key component used to size an induction sealer.
