The Super Seal™ 400

The latest generation of the world’s best-selling induction cap sealing machines, sealing containers at line speeds of up to 30 metres a minute.

Built on proven design, these air-cooled and compact induction cap sealers come with an improved, easy-to-use user interface that simplifies set-up, operation, and troubleshooting. Plus, for the first-time, optional quality control sensors are mechanically and electronically integrated within the machine.

The Super Seal™ Junior

This manual induction cap sealer delivers reliable, repeatable induction sealing to start-up operations, product validation and short production runs.

It features quality aids such as batch counters and no-foil indicators, which are often only found on inline production machines, and can seal a wide range of caps including flat, sauce dispensing and conical caps, at diameters from 15 – 150mm.
