We're looking for a results-driven European Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across continental Europe. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and represent a brand known for engineering excellence and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities across Europe
  • Implement strategic sales plans to grow market share
  • Strengthen brand visibility and customer relationships
  • Support and optimise performance of agents and distributors
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly activity reports
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in capital equipment sales (packaging industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling and technical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Based within 60 minutes of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
  • Willing to travel across mainland Europe (typically 3–5 days per trip, 35-50% of the time).
