Enercon’s Super Seal™ Pro is the industry’s most sophisticated single-coil induction cap sealer available today.

Created to provide users with ease-of-use, more control and improved data connectivity, the Super Seal™ Pro come with a range of new features and updates.

This includes a more advanced 7-inch touch screen, significantly larger than that of its predecessor, the Super Seal™ Touch. This upgraded display is not only faster and more responsive but also offers improved usability.

The larger display also enables the inclusion of new features, such as integrated support for set-up, operation, and troubleshooting, along with customisable maintenance reminders.

Plus, existing features like recipe management and supervisory password protection have been enhanced—the system can now store up to 50 recipes and offers multi-level security with defined access levels and operator lockout functionality.

In addition to basic operating functions, the sealer’s interface also offers integrated tools for improved data connectivity.

The new addition of a USB drive allows for easier in-field software updates, and downloads of detailed event, fault, and maintenance logs.

Plus, the system’s Smart Capture feature means the machine will automatically capture critical operating data before, during and after a fault. This data can be easily downloaded via the new USB port and shared with Enercon’s service team for fast troubleshooting.

The Super Seal™ Pro also comes with expanded network options for remote control and monitoring to suit virtually any network protocols.

Optional Extras

Total Cap Inspection System

This system includes:

Stalled Bottle and Backlog Detector:
Jammed containers or stopped bottles that remain under the induction sealer could become a potential safety hazard. The sensor detects these faults and stops power reaching the induction coil.
Missing Foil Sensor:
This sensor detects if a foil liner is present in the cap; if there is no foil in the cap, the container cannot be sealed.
High Cap Detector:
Detects an incorrectly fitted or high cap, which could affect seal quality.

These options can be installed individually, however if the full system is purchased, you gain the following extras:

Reject Bottle Counter:
Gives the number of fault signals that have been detected due to missing foil or caps.
Total Bottle Counter:
Counts all containers that have passed the input sensor.

Stack Light Assembly:

A visual aid that gives a green light to indicate that the unit is functioning correctly and a red light to indicate that no power is being supplied to the sealing head.

Stack Light Assembly with Sounder:

The Stack Light is also available with an 85dB audible alarm. This sounder works in unison with the red light by indicating when the induction sealer is on, but not running correctly. This is useful for production environments which are noisy or where the machine isn’t in direct sight.

Variable Speed Conveyor Systems

Auto Power Control System:

An induction sealer’s power setting is set to match a fixed conveyor speed. Therefore, if your conveyor speeds up and slows down, this system will automatically alter your power setting to match the changing conveyor speed. This prevents poor sealing.

Variable Line Speed Control via a 0-10V signal cable:

An analogue signal that allows the customer to use their own PLC/control system to adjust the power level on the Enercon.

Ancillaries

Machine stand wheels:

Stainless steel housed, high compression rubber wheels can be fitted in addition to the standard frame foot pads to allow for ease of unit manoeuvrability. Two brakes are included to allow the induction sealer to be locked into position.

IQ/OQ Kit:

Enercon Industries will provide the documentation for IQ/OQ.

In addition to the above options, the following are available for the Super Seal™ Touch and the Super Seal™Max.

Remote Control & Monitoring:

Provides the customer with an Ethernet and serial interface for the control and monitoring of the induction cap sealers via their own PLC/control system.

Automatic Start/Stop:

The automatic start/stop function activates the machine when a bottle is detected and will return the machine to standby mode when no container has been detected after a pre-set time period.

Sealing Coils

The Super Seal™ Pro induction cap sealer is compatible with a wide range of sealing heads to suit the diverse needs of packagers.

Enercon offers two primary types—flat sealing heads and tunnel sealing heads—each available in multiple variations to ensure an optimal match for your container and cap, delivering reliable and consistent seals for your application.

Tunnel sealing heads are ideal for high-throughput operations, outperforming traditional flat sealing heads in speed. Enercon’s Deep Tunnel version is specifically designed for sealing conical, spouted, and other uniquely shaped caps.

Flat sealing heads, on the other hand, offer greater flexibility, accommodating cap sizes from 15 mm to 150 mm. This includes the All-in-One Coil—an advanced variation of the flat coil. This pivoting coil adjusts to different applications and can seal cap diameters from 20 mm to 150 mm, making it the perfect choice for packagers handling a variety of container sizes on a single line.

Our technical experts at Enercon will work closely with you to select the most efficient coil for your needs—maximising productivity while minimising energy consumption. This includes taking into consideration the cap diameter and height, the line speed and the type of foil liner needed for the application.
