The Super Seal™ Max induction cap sealer retains key features such as recipe management and supervisory password protection—now enhanced to store up to 50 recipes and support multi-level security with defined access levels and operator lockout

In addition to its core operating functions, the Super Seal™ Max is equipped with built-in tools to enhance data connectivity.
The system now supports a wider range of network protocols, allowing for remote control and monitoring across almost any standard network protocols.
Plus, the system’s Smart Capture feature means the machine will automatically capture critical operating data before, during and after a fault.
This data can be easily downloaded via the new USB port and shared with Enercon’s service team for fast troubleshooting.
The USB feature also enables convenient in-field software updates.
Delivering the same intuitive touchscreen interface as the Super Seal™ Pro, the Super Seal™ Max is engineered for higher line speeds—handling throughput of up to 100 metres per minute with precision and reliability.

Sealing Heads

OPTIONAL EXTRAS Cap Inspection System
A range of sensors designed to enhance safety and quality control. Available as a complete system or with selected sensors available for individual purchase.
Stalled Bottle Detection
Detects when a bottle doesn’t exit the sealing head within a preset time. The sealer is automatically turned off and will display a “stalled bottle fault.”
Bottle Backup Detection
Detects containers if they backup under the sealer and automatically turns the sealer off should this occur.
Foil Liner Detection
Detects foil liner presence and when a liner is not detected in cap, an output signal is sent to the customer’s line control that can be used for data collection, alarm, or container rejection.
Cocked Cap Detection
Detects if a cap is not properly seated on the container. If a misaligned cap is detected an output signal is sent sent to the customer’s line control that can be used for data collection, alarm, or container rejection.
Deluxe Cap Inspection System
Deluxe Cap Inspection works with the Super Seal™ Pro and Super Seal™ Max and with all Enercon induction sealing heads. (Note for deep tunnel sealing heads, this inspection system is the only option for detecting missing foils.)

Deluxe Cocked Cap Detector
Offers superior sensitivity and provides a numeric readout of the percent of light reaching the sensor which simplifies setup by allowing you to set a specific cap height limit for your application.
Installation Flexibility
For integrating inspection and rejection components upstream. This is ideal for larger containers.
Operation
Stack Light Assembly
Provides a green light when the unit is operating correctly and a red light when no power is supplied to the sealing head. An 85dB audible alarm can also be added to the Stack Light.
Auto Power Control System
Automatically adjusts the induction sealer’s power to match conveyor speed changes, ensuring consistent seal quality and preventing poor seals should the conveyor speed up or slow down. Onsite commissioning is recommended.
Validation Package
Includes the documentation required for IQ/OQ/PQ.
Integrated Network Control & Monitoring
Connect your cap sealer with virtually any fieldbus or industrial ethernet network such as MODBUS TPC, PROFINET or EtherNet/IP.
