Flat Sealing Heads

A flat sealing head is typically used for containers with liners positioned close to the top of the cap. The magnetic field is directed straight down into the foil liner.

  • The standard Flat sealing head is ideal for cap diameters ranging from 53mm to 150mm
  • The All-In-One sealing head is designed to seal closures from 15mm up to 150mm
    • Easily adjust the induction field using the slider mechanism with pre-calibrated lock positions for specific cap diameters
    • This sealing head is ideal for packagers looking to seal a variety of containers on one line.

Tunnel Sealing Heads

Tunnel sealing heads are designed to to deliver energy-efficient sealing for containers with smaller foil diameters or where there is a significant gap between the liner and the top of the closure.

Tunnel sealing heads work by directing the induction field from both the top and sides of the container to create an efficient, hermetic seal.

  • Suitable for challenging applications such as child-resistant (CRC), conical, spouted, and dispensing caps
  • Available in standard, narrow, wide, and deep formats
