Enercon to showcase its induction sealing solutions at Interpack 2017

Enercon Industries, the global leader in induction cap sealing systems, will be promoting its full range of equipment at this year’s Interpack exhibition at the Messe Düsseldorf in Germany.

Professionals from food, beverage, dairy, automotive, chemical, cosmetic, household and pharmaceutical sectors will be able to witness for themselves the simple, yet highly effective process of induction foil sealing.

“Taking centre stage on Enercon’s stand will be the world’s fastest induction sealer – the Super Seal™ Max,” said Managing Director Richard Bull.

“This innovative machine is installed on the production lines of some of the best-known brands worldwide,” he added.

Designed for use in a wide range of packaging applications, this multi-language touch screen induction sealer offers unprecedented power and control, increased productivity and an easier set-up.

It can be used as a stand-alone production unit or be fully integrated into a continuous filling and capping line, giving complete flexibility of operation.

In addition to the Super Seal™ Max, Enercon will also be displaying its best-selling machine, the Super Seal™ 100.

Responsible for sealing millions of containers around the world every single day, the Super Seal™ 100 is the original air-cooled induction cap sealing machine that can help companies prevent leaks, preserves freshness and provides tamper evidence by creating hermetic seals with a non-contact induction cap sealing process.

The machine has a well-earned reputation for reliable performance and is virtually maintenance free.

Completing the stand will be the portable induction sealing machine, The Super Seal™ Junior. This high powered, handheld sealer is ideal for laboratory applications, short run production and start-up operations.

“Interpack is a great place for Enercon to showcase its expertise and high-quality packaging machinery to a global audience,” commended Mr Bull.

“We welcome visitors onto our stand to take part in live demonstrations of the induction sealing process and learn more about the many benefits of including: reduced pack weight, tamper evidence, counterfeit protection, extended shelf life, product freshness and reduced unit cost.”
