Enercon Industries is set to reaffirm its reputation as the UK leader in induction cap sealing systems by exhibiting its innovative range at Empack 2015.
Responsible for sealing millions of containers around the world every single day, the Super Seal™ 100 is the original air-cooled induction cap sealing machine.
The Super Seal™ prevents leaks, preserves freshness and provides tamper evidence by creating hermetic seals with a non-contact induction cap sealing process, facilitating pack weight reduction.
The machine has a well-earned reputation for reliable performance and is virtually maintenance free. It is able to seal a range of containers and caps using Enercon’s unique induction coils at speeds of up to 150cpm.
Also on display will be the portable induction sealing machine, The Super Seal™ Junior. This high powered, handheld sealer is ideal for laboratory applications, short run production and start-up operations.
It is currently used by The Apprentice star Susan Ma and her company Tropic Skin Care, which she set up in partnership with Lord Alan Sugar.
Brian Tyndall, Enercon’s UK Sales Manager, said: “We’re delighted to confirm that we will be exhibiting for the fifth consecutive time at this year’s Empack show.
“We’ve had a record number of sales and enquiries over the past five years as more and more British companies turn to induction heat sealing – and this is in a mature market.
“We believe it is going to continue to grow in the coming years as well.
“Induction sealing still remains a very effective and inexpensive way of sealing containers – especially when compared to other systems.
“It is also spreading over more and more product ranges too – this year we’ve started sealing everything from wine to embalming fluid.”
Empack takes places at Birmingham NEC from Wednesday, February 25 to Thursday, February 26. Enercon will be found on Stand H3.
