The Super Seal Top Belt Sealer is designed for containers with caps that do not have the required torque for non contact induction sealing. The top belt ensures consistent pressure is applied between the sealing area and the liner. An Enercon Super Seal™ Series cap sealer is integrated into the system providing the sealing power and reliability for consistent induction sealing.

The Linear Top Belt Sealer is positioned over any straight length of existing conveyor, immediately after capping takes place. The capped container is guided through the induction tunnel at conveyor speed, where the Linear Belt Sealer applies top pressure to the closure through a non-inductive, compressible re-circulating belt. This unique design helps to ensure that the foil is in complete contact with neck rim by pushing the cap fully down onto the container neck rim in the case of a plastic over-cap or providing full foil contact to the container neck rim in the case of foil only, even where deviations exist in rim levels.
Through full circumferential compression and surface profile conformity, a hermetic seal is achieved. In addition, the sealing process is aided by continued pressure on the cap, following initial release from the induction field.
