A Super Seal™ Max with a customised coil, coupled with a Top Belt Sealer to ensure that the caps apply pressure on the foil during the sealing process.
The design of the Linear Top Belt Sealer uses a compressible belt and specially designed carriage to carry the belt through the induction coil ensuring that the foil is perfectly in contact with the seal surface, even if there are imperfections in the surface.
The belt arrangement is more tolerant of seal to surface variations than any other contact sealer.
Albeit glass or plastic Enercon maintains a wide operating window within which good sealing results are consistently achieved!
